- • Are there any additional costs for Click & Collect service ?
- There are no additional charges. Simply order your items from Global House Shop Online and select Click& Collect in delivery options, and pay for your order through the website. After that you can then bring your receipt and ID card matching the recipient’s name to collect your order at the specified date, time, and store.
- • How does Global House Shop Online keep hold of an order before pickup ?
- We always pay attention to the quality of our merchandise. Your items will be kept in Click & Collect storage as if you have picked them up yourself. We also have a storage system that prioritize the products’ quality as well as packaging method to ensure your items’ safety.
- • Which pickup time to choose
- You can choose to pick up your order at any time between 8.30am – 6.30pm, and at the store of your choice.
- • Where and which branch to collect your order
- Click & Collect service is available at every Global House store. Please request your order from the reception counter.
- • Terms for order recipient
- The recipient needs a proof of payment and an ID card matching the name specified through online shopping. In case someone else is picking up the order, they will need a written permission and a signed copy of the recipient’s ID card.
- • What if I can’t make it in time for pickup ?
- If you know beforehand that you will be late in picking up your order, please contact our call center at 1160 or the concerned branch (click here for branch contact information) to request to rearrange your pickup time. You need to collect your order within 15 days from the date registered in the system.
- • What if I want to pick up my order earlier than arranged ?
- If you know beforehand that you will be picking up your order earlier than arranged, please contact our call center at 1160 or the concerned branch (click here for branch contact information) to request to rearrange your pickup time, and wait for confirmation from the staff when your order are prepared for the rearranged date and time.
