How to pick up your order instore
- • Go to the arranged store at the date, and time specified in order confirmation. Contact reception counter to collect order.
- • Present your documentation for order collection at service counter. The required documents are:
- • ID card
- • Order confirmation
- • Proof of payment
- • Verify that the items match with your order
- • Sign the order receipt form
- • In case you cannot show up for collection, you need to provide to the person collecting order for you with written permission along with signed copy of your ID card.
- • If you fail to pick up your order within 15 days, the company reserve the right to deny responsibility should you order be damaged in all cases.
- • If you wish to change your pickup store, please contact Global House Call Center Tel. 1160 or the original pickup store (Click here for branch details) to notify of the change and rearrange your pickup date and time, as well as calculate the costs in transferring your order to the arranged store.
