GLOBAL คว้า CGR ในระดับ5 ดาว “ดีเลิศ” 5 ปีซ้อน และจัดอยู่ในกลุ่ม “Top Quartile” สะท้อนความโปร่งใสและธรรมาภิบาลในทุกมิติ

บริษัท สยามโกลบอลเฮ้าส์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ “GLOBAL” ได้รับการประเมินการกำกับดูแลกิจการบริษัทจดทะเบียนไทยประจำปี 2568 (CGR 2025) ในระดับ “ดีเลิศ” หรือ “5 ดาว” ต่อเนื่องกันเป็นปีที่ 5 และเป็นหนึ่งใน Top Quartile ของบริษัทจดทะเบียนที่มีมูลค่าทางการตลาด 30,001 – 100,000 ล้านบาท ซึ่งจัดโดยสมาคมส่งเสริมสถาบันกรรมการบริษัทไทย (IOD) ภายใต้การสนับสนุนจากตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย และสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (ก.ล.ต.)

การได้รับคะแนนในระดับดีเลิศอย่างต่อเนื่อง และอยู่ในกลุ่ม Top Quartile สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการดำเนินธุรกิจของ GLOBAL ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีในทุกมิติ ครอบคลุมทั้งมิติสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และเศรษฐกิจ (ESG) เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับผู้มีส่วนได้เสียทุกฝ่าย และยกระดับมาตฐานการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีของ GLOBAL อย่างต่อเนื่อง

Siam Global House Public Company Limited (“GLOBAL”) has been awarded a 5-Star “Excellent” rating in the 2025 Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR 2025) for the fifth consecutive year, and ranked among the Top Quartile of listed companies with a market capitalization between THB 30,001–100,000 million organized by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD), in an assessment conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD), with the support of The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand (SEC). 

Achieving an “Excellent” rating for consecutive years and ranks in the Top Quartile performs GLOBAL’s strong commitment to conducting business under good corporate governance across all ESG dimensions, including Environment, Social, and Governance, aimed at building stakeholders’ confidence and continually raising the Company’s corporate governance standards.
